Series Overview

The Site Leadership Skills & Strategies Series is a 10-part professional development series designed for Site Directors, Assistant Directors, Program Managers, and youth-program leaders responsible for supervising staff, supporting children, and maintaining high-quality, compliant program environments.

Each 90-minute virtual session may be taken individually or as part of the full series. All sessions are aligned with OCFS and ASPIRE requirements for 2026 and provide practical tools that can be applied immediately to site leadership practice.

Explore proactive guidance approaches, conflict resolution strategies, and regulation techniques that leaders can model and coach staff to implement consistently across their sites.

Learn how trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) impact children and families, and explore leadership practices that promote emotional safety, consistency, and resilience in program environments.
